They just finished grooming our girls earlier today. We were so pleased with the service. They were on time, made our dogs instantly comfortable and very friendly. The van does not need to hook up to your water/power. In two hours they finished our two girls (50 and 60 pounds) and they looked so beautiful, all their loose hair was gone! The dogs were both very calm and not worked up like when we picked them up from petsmart. It is more expensive then taking them to a grooming shop, but they are both seniors and I am uncomfortable with them being shoved in a cage for an hour while waiting their turn. Excellent service. They called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive. They arrived within 5 minutes of the schedule time. Their mobile grooming van is fully equipped to handle my large dog and the interior was spotless. The groomer Jackie took the time to carefully examine my dog. They then quoted me the price for the services I wanted and provided a detailled invoice. I received a 10% new customer discount.
